Born in September 2006, this group built around Djeha released a debut EP in February 2007 (A Girl's Wish PE). Following a reshuffle of the group, Nawelle joins him, followed by Fino. It was under this new formation the band released their (second) debut EP "Blue Morning" a year later. Behind a beautiful cover art designed by dreamlike fantasy Niet (a talented designer who is also responsible for all pockets and other visual group), we discover an album depressive but not depressing, just as if Wax Taylor had sold his soul to the ghost of Crustation . Behind the sentimental story, the story is told quite surreal for a loss (or discovery of a lack of it) and the resulting mental addiction ... There is a progression rather subtle atmospheres. Of 'what if', airy and light, evocative of freedom, the atmosphere of mystery borrows 'I Was Upstairs' or a female voice suddenly sank and willing subject, 'Blue Morning', a soothing dark tinted , regressive, through a strange bursts of sound, the obsessive 'Memories', 'The Answer Lies', which sounds like echo disenchanted 'Blue Morning' and carries a very ambivalent successful, the poignant 'Addiction' imprisonment and granted desired in a desire that finds its fulfillment in feeding himself, writes a musical Screenatorium irresistibly captivating, near the famous ' Bloom' of their predecessor.

Create Your Football Visors
Orgamilk by Fresh Body Shop
Minimalist, copiously supplied gently catchy melodies and subtle chords, this album is like the unplugged version of a best of. Hard not to fall in love with the dozens of titles after a prolonged listening loop, time to soak up the atmosphere in each piece, to penetrate the secrets of each composition and settle there. There is a little Elliott Smith in this nonchalant concatenation of beads that reminds me of the acoustic Either / gold latter. We focus on discovering the album for the first time evidence of the most notorious. The feeling very Nirvanien 'One More Joke' (great dissonant interlude at 1:40 - I love), the catchy melody of 'Steps Down Theses' arpeggios on 'Guity Crowd' which evokes the Creedence Clearwater Revival, rock 'All It Gives' and the catchy melody and effective 'Big Wood Cross' before being struck by nostalgia deaf 'Word of Happyness' euphoria worried 'Nice Day', the simple beauty and light 'Fluid' (title song deserved), the revolt ironic 'The worst of all' , poetry foggy 'Shell', the melancholy resignation of 'You Belong to This ", or chiaroscuro of felted' Sun Ways'. The voice is still as perfect, precise and inimitable. And I like this album definitely does not deliver fully on first listen and requires some diligence to deliver its riches, the apparent monotony then erased to make room for wonder.

Job Interview Shirt Tucked In?
Are you ready? The Galago
Undoubtedly one of the best albums of the panel Christophe Marc. The battery is staggering ubiquity, guitars rival webs of harmonics to the frigid depths marbled and voice has never been just emotionally, between melancholy and ecstatic euphoria worried. Say that such a sequence of fabulous titles, without getting entangled in the glowing adjectives, especially since the excellence of securities increases over the album until it reaches a peak with unsurpassable 'The Idiot '. Animals begins with a tangle of bright guitars, the battery-Gregory Pleiber Lemoigne just fit firmly, just before the webs are not stopping this synth off to ulterior motives are murky. We never leave this in-between throughout the album, oscillating between two extremes elusive, A sly gravity constantly interfering in the heart of incredible vistas of bitterness. 'Are You Ready' epitomizes this introduction, beaches alternating dry and desperate, and sequences of harmonic amplitude almost unreal. 'Murder' frantic race dominated by panic ends accompanied by a violin poisonous. 'Low Heaven' is a first step. We climbed a notch with this title above all that we heard before. More tension, more bitterness, more dizzy, and a deep pounding and hypnotic irrigates what follows gloomy apprehensions. 'The self in the Shell' and ends with a breathless rhythmic passage of dissonant chords. 'Better This Way' seems so opaque that even the dark humor of the title fails to enlighten. 'Everything is fine' (dress accents that evokes a little air the Smiths) inaugurates a few tracks almost optimistic. At Sandy's , black diamond is beautiful swoon tortured. 'Say Goodbye' offers a mix of harmonies with a strange beauty before the sublime perfection of 'The Idiot'. And everything ends with "CC" conclusion minimalism and charming.
12dpo Cervix Low Soft
by The Funny Fall by Christopher Marc
Listening begins with a tortured love song as only Marc Christophe knows the deal. An acoustic guitar intro to which is added a second guitar quietly, then the percussion, piano ... progression to subtle crescendo which only the listener can realize. the album is splendid. Barely out of the twisted world to "Are you ready", so we will resume a big bowl of this poison with magnificent 'The Fall Funny' collection of awesome titles or finely orchestrated this vote takes us grieving, raging between melancholy and introspection almost painful (it verges on collapse never abandon them), to find the influence of Smiths with 'Everything', a beautiful melody to the dazzling darkness (guitars slamming violently arpeggios on air), and this perpetual balance very borderline 'between sarcastic despair and atmosphere inhabited by luminous beauty incomprehensible. From 'Your Secret Garden' haunting ballad of a fake leaded light a dark sort of apprehension, the two titles 'Here Is The City' and 'The Fair Game', moving between triphop dark industrial beats and wry and asphyxiating, Marc Christopne us into an fascinating journey of emotional complexity. 'At Sandy's is particularly exciting because we have allowed two different versions, the first that I likened to a black diamond located on the first installment of' Galago '. This version is more instrumentally accomplished, most obviously, dark tinted become irreparable, more internalized also. If the Finally, in a very Cocteau Twins is unparalleled, I still prefer the former as regards the first part (a kind of nudity much more disturbing). Added to all this tortured least three titles, lighter, almost serene even though gloomy shadows always seem ready to take the ascendancy: 'In The Morning', 'Yes I Will' and especially 'Here We Are' composition particularly remarkable.

Outside Temperature Sensor Mondeo Mk3
Worm Food by Ruth Theodore
"With no disrespect, I Consider Myself to South Coast refugee. Why? Because I Stood by helplessly watching Every One of my good friends die. ... Casualties of peace & the brutality of middle filtered stream suburbia's small town mentality.
(...)
music ... Before it got hair icts Caught in the thick of fad and fashion and delusions of grandeur got tangled up with passion and splattered on our television screens and paper captions the lives of those who for the most would die to get reactions.
But how cowardly it is of me to list internal hardships, and have a pop at people cause we make such easy targets. And how difficult it is, to try and sing like no-one else has sung, and how brilliant it can feel to be pleased with what you've done. And how the incidental things will always have much more in tow and how the smallest of things will teach you everything you know."

Eager to share her music up, Ruth Theodore issued for one year (2007-2008) his first album on the site Jamendo. She produced this album ( Worm Food ) almost alone, playing the guitar itself, accompanied sparingly on a few songs on an accordion, violin, drums or bass and joined for distribution at the River Rats English independent label Records, which has the characteristic of using recycled materials. If you missed the brief appearance of this little masterpiece, it's too late for the free download. The album is now more accessible than through the purchase of the digipack or by downloading from the website Miss: http://music.ruththeodore.com/ You can still listen on Jamendo, a voice in the background song from 'Only The Missile' Robin Grey (also evolving into a musical movement similar). Originally from Southampton, a surprise 26 years English has managed to score from the start of a new style the world of folk music while remaining true to the spirit and commitment that characterizes protest. Outstanding guitarist (his game mainly consists of picking, which is reminiscent of Ani Difranco is remarkable), the inspired singer is not left at the quality texts rooted in the everyday reality of the 'protest song' without sacrificing the poetic dimension. The themes with a sense of eye-catching detail, written with great subtlety ranging from politics (Overexpanding) personal relationships (Grounded), all complemented by a cabaret spirit (we think of Brecht and Kurt Weill for 'As mentioned before last) and forays into jazz or gypsy klezmer. The phrasing very personal, clean and punchy, cleverly paced, binds fully instrumental hit, often to breaking point, without ever losing an indefinable attraction and captivating regardless tempo or mood. The songs are more peaceful in fact no less convincing, such as the nostalgic "Nothing On" or the beautiful "Kathy's Song." Note, a second album (White Holes of Mole Hills) is scheduled for February 2010 ...

Bridge Train Flash Game
Neema - EP by Lunar Train
Un peu comme si Brian Eno and Nico had found the time to 5 songs composed in weightlessness on our satellite capricious under the protective wing of Van Morrison from Astral Weeks . Primer (A Princess Called Neema) relies on a rather repetitive beautiful composition that gently mesmerizes the senses. The following titles are really surprising sensitivity and delicacy almost fragile. perfect sound perspective on 'Bug Time' and subtle interventions synth playing with depth. Ideal combination of voice, creating an atmosphere of light and air. 'Music is Love' is part of my three favorite, beautifully mannered and beautiful melody song in the bass very sensual, with an orchestration of all the dirt. The next two tracks are simply beautiful. 'You're my Mirror' (it obviously thinks 'I'll Be Your Mirror'), strange anamorphosis of the soul, I do not see myself in your eyes (this is me which extrapolates). Sublime poetry of the guitar mixed with sober voice in arabesques and fretwork. 'The Dream', the epitome of harmonic swoon, with a touch of Syd Barrett tiny providing what it takes to suddenly ecstatic delirium. Great job and beautiful cover for this album timeless.

Invitation Wording Black Dress
Repulse and Devastation by Rachael Please
"Rachael is Not a band Please, Please Rachael is Not Heard watched gold, It Is Merely Witnessed. Signal raped sonic artifacts bent Into only barely comprehensible sound make up the Majority of That Which Is To Be found here.
It is not friendly, it is not sweet, it is not appropriate, it is not like anything you have ever heard before, or will ever hear again.

Rachael Please ( Thayer, Etats-Unis )
"This starts and Ends With I. I am Both it's creator and it's destroyer, and I am to usher in a new world " (I am the beginning and the end, I am just as destructive as the creator, I am announcing a new world) ... except this paraphrase of the Bible deliberately provocative, no info on American group originally from Wisconsin, which consists of one permanent member: Rachael Please (Vocals, Lyrics, Guitars, Sampling, Bass) and occasional collaborators Eden Bradfield (Violins), Zaynard Batty (Guitars, Bass), Clay White (Percussion). This album, following "A Place To Rest 'first album, appears as a mixture sometimes quite surprising of absolute racket and melodic focus ('Little King' is very close to the first 45 laps of Jesus & Mary Chain ). As if he had almost always hide it behind a wall as loud as possible (Smiles and sacrifices - 1:34 to 2:12), the result here is heartbreakingly beautiful. Moreover, it will be like the grip of a sort of irresistible fury annihilating (See: The Immolation of Malachi - 0:48 to 1:11). album oscillates perpetually between these two extremes. Stroke of genius or hoax, or decadent Expressionism noisy inaudible soaring, orchestral mastery and experimentation hazardous ... Album frustrating because refusing to be what we want it to be crossed by shadows and flashes of incomprehensible madness. But without doubt, is the will of 'Rachael Please, give only intermittently, and immediately pulling the few who can afford in a fit of extreme nihilism and hallucinating. We therefore seize the passage of sublime pieces (titles at once the most uncompromising and most interesting range of 'Little King' at 'The Immolation of Malachi') and some tracks from a quiet beautifully ambiguous (example: Of That Adorned). An album that can not be ignored and whose excesses themselves finally values of this standard in a frantic quest necessarily elusive beauty which can not reinvent themselves through the mirror after a stressful and destructive. A third album, "Celebrate With Jesus Christ " is currently available for download on the websites of headquarters (Amazon, iTunes, E-Music, Napster, Rhapsody).
